Kenny "Bud" Anderson

I’m Kenny Anderson and I’m a REALTOR® with over 13 years of experience as a home remodeling & building expert. Owning a handyman service has allowed me the experience of knowing homes inside and out, literally. My work ethic began with my service in the United States Coast Guard, serving on both coasts. As a military kid with a dad in the Air Force, I grew up living abroad and experienced life all over the country and around the world. Northern Colorado has been my chosen home for the past 7 years.  While helping people grow to love their homes more by remodeling and fixing their existing homes, I came to see what “home” really means to my clients. Becoming a REALTOR® has been a gradual transition for me.  I have loved being able to learn about homes over the years and help clients grow their financial wealth with homeownership. I’m eager to help my clients to realize their own homeownership goals, as they build their lives in the community we all call home.
